Datawind launches four low cost Android 4.0 ICS tablets

Datawind has launched four low ost Android tablets in India, in its Ubislate range. The 7-inch devices run on Google’s Android 4.0.3 ICS operating system, and are all powered by 1GHz Cortex A8 processors,with 512MB of RAM.

They are UbiSlate 7Ri, UbiSlate 7R+, UbiSlate 7Ci, UbiSlate 7C+ ranging from Rs. 2,999 to Rs. 4,999.
 In India, the devices will offer unlimited web-browsing using Datawind’s web delivery platform for under Rs.100 per month on traditional mobile networks.The new Datawind Ubislate tablets will also come preloaded with apps such as Sakshat portal and other educational websites, Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Cricket, Indian Express and more.
